About Kyle Wardle, APRN
Outside of clinical practice, Kyle is a devoted family man who values time spent with his wife, their three children, two Boxers, extended family and close friends. Deeply rooted in South County, he enjoys the simple, meaningful moments of life—whether that’s spending time in Galilee, getting outside snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, or unwinding with a round of bowling or disc golf. Known for his down-to-earth nature and low-ego approach, Kyle brings the same authenticity, humility, and genuine care to his personal life as he does to his work, embodying the true spirit of a South County local.


Kyle Wardle, APRN, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background rooted in patient-centered care across multiple healthcare settings. He has served his community through roles at South County Hospital, providing advanced practice nursing care to a broad patient population while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams. Kyle has also supported patients in obesity care and wellness counseling through his work in a medically supervised weight management and metabolic health practice. In addition, he has extensive clinical experience in orthopedic care and arthritis management with Ortho Rhode Island, working alongside leading orthopedic surgeons to support patients with musculoskeletal conditions and recovery needs. Drawing from this experience, Kyle's goal for everyone is to help them stay happy, healthy and active.
